Part time Marketing/Office Assistant
Location: Downtown Manhattan near South Street Seaport
We are looking for a creative individual to understand the nature of our business and develop an effective marketing approach.
The right individual will have good marketing or sales ability, and possess excellent communication, project management
and writing skills.
You will be involved in production of all marketing materials (direct mail,print collateral, press releases, etc).
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Creative prospecting.
• Development and distribution of marketing and sales materials for brochures,
sales kits or other promotional materials and light office duties.
• Maintain project schedule and be the primary problem solver.
• Maintain corporate image and reputation while engaging in suitable PR
activities.
• Plan for speaking engagements and marketing related exhibits.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Strong strategic, analytical and creative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen ability to multi-task and manage details while keeping an eye on the big
picture.
• Track record of achieving commercial success from creative endeavors with a
minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Recent graduates with enthusiasm and
creativity will also be considered.
• Team player and self-starter.
