.  Lateness Policy Participants should arrive for training early. Students who are late will have difficulty catching up once the training has begun. The doors to the classroom will be closed 20 minutes after the start of the class - if you have not arrived by this time, you will be considered absent and your deposit will not be returned, but may be used towards future courses. Cancellation Policy Classroom Courses Once you are registered you can not cancel the class, but you may reschedule your class up to 24 hours prior to your the class date. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for class your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit may be used twards future courses. Note you will need to contact us to reshhedule.   e-Learning Courses Are refunds allowed? Yes refunds are allowed minus a $10.00 processing and handling fee as long as you have not registered the access KEY we sent you. If you used the access key to log on, no refunds are allowed. Return Policy If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective and are restockable, will be charged a 15% per item restocking fee.
